1. License Terms
OpulenVault is a licensed software product. Each license grants one business entity
the right to install and use OpulenVault on a single branch location. Licenses are
non-transferable and tied to the registered email address provided at purchase.
One license covers one branch location
Each branch requires a separate license purchase
Licenses are bound to the registered email address
Additional devices per branch may require a device addon
2. Permitted Use
Your license permits you to:
Install and use OpulenVault on devices registered under your license
Use OpulenVault to manage your jewelry business operations
Contact support for installation assistance and technical issues
3. Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing your license to any third party
Attempting to bypass, crack, or circumvent the license activation system
Using one license to operate multiple branch locations
Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to OpulenVault — including its software, design, branding, and associated
assets — remain the exclusive intellectual property of OpulenVault. Purchasing a
license grants you the right to use the software, not to own or distribute it.
No source code is provided or transferred as part of any license purchase.
5. Purchase & Payments
All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Your invoice, billing, tax, and any applicable VAT are managed directly through Paddle.
OpulenVault does not store or process any payment card data.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of OpulenVault and immediate license activation upon
purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered.
We strongly encourage all customers to book a free demo before purchasing.

7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe your license has been compromised, misused, or that another party
is violating these terms, please report it immediately. We take all reports seriously
